DirectionsStep 1Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.In a small bowl, stir together milk, garlic and oil. Step 2In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the flour, herbs and baking powder. Stirring constantly with a fork, add oil mixture until well blended.Step 3Turn out onto a lightly floured work surface, gently knead 15 to 25 times. Roll out dough to a 12-inch circle approximaely 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch thick. Top with desired sauce and toppings.Step 4Bake at 450°F for 15 - 25 minutes or until bubbly.Yield one 12-inch round pizza. |
