Yeast-Free Garlic Herb Pizza Crust

Seasoned pizza crust that is yeast-free! Courtesy of Cleophas C. Limbrick.

  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed or minced
  • 1/3 cup Canola Oil
  • 2 cups Unbleached White Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp crushed dried Basil
  • 1/4 tsp crushed dried Thyme

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

In a small bowl, stir together milk, garlic and oil.

Step 2

In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the flour, herbs and baking powder. Stirring constantly with a fork, add oil mixture until well blended.

Step 3

Turn out onto a lightly floured work surface, gently knead 15 to 25 times. Roll out dough to a 12-inch circle approximaely 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch thick. Top with desired sauce and toppings.

Step 4

Bake at 450°F for 15 - 25 minutes or until bubbly.

Yield one 12-inch round pizza.
