DirectionsStep 1Over medium heat, toast the sesame seeds in a skillet until golden. Remove from heat and set aside. Repeat with the pumpkin seeds.If using whole spices, toast each spice separately over medium heat until fragrant, no more than 1 minute. Step 2In a food processor or clean coffee/spice grinder, process the whole seeds and spices until ground.Step 3And the spices and the hazenut meal and mix to combine.Serves 20. |
