DirectionsStep 1Prepare Steel Cut Oats per package directions (preparing a half portion).Step 2While those are cooking, prepare apple, brown sugar and allspice mixture. AND prepare Whipped Yogurt - Whip up the Heavy Whipping Cream, adding Honey and Yogurt, then whip that all together.Step 3When Oats are ready to 'set' add the Apple mixture to the pot first, to let all of those ingredients mingle together. While this mixture is setting, beat the two eggs and set aside. Slice Fruits and Berries as needed and set aside.Step 4After the Oats are set, begin melting the butter in a frying pan, and mix together the Eggs and Oat Mixture. Fry the whole shebang in a pan with all that melted butter!Step 5Plate the Fried Goodness and top with Whipped Yogurt and Fruit (and nuts if desired).YUM! Enjoy! Serves 4. |
