DirectionsStep 1In a sauce pan over medium heat, add coconut butter and steel cut oats. Toast, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.Step 2Add hot water and almond milk. Simmer until oats are done, approximately 20 minutes.Step 3Stir in cooked rice, bananas, almonds, blueberries, syrup and salt. Add more almond milk to achieve a desired consistency. Garnish with a sprinkle of almonds, dried blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup.Serves 8. |
