DirectionsStep 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet, set aside.Step 2Combine oil, honey and water in saucepan. Heat gently to melt honey and remove from heat to cool.Step 3Sift flours before measuring. Combine dry ingredients and sift again. Stir vanilla into liquids, then add dry ingredients. Fold in carob chips and chopped nuts.Step 4Drop batter by rounded teaspoon onto prepared cookie sheet.Step 5Bake 12 - 15 minutes, until cookies a golden. Remove to cool on a wire rack.Makes about 2 dozen. |

These cookies were terrible! I have never made a bad batch of cookies in my life until theses. The bitter aftertaste stillmakes me want to shave my tongue!
