Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Chia Balls

This recipe was not tested by Bob's Red Mill. Gluten Free, Lactose Free, Low Cal, Soy Free.

Directions

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more.

Step 2

Remove them from the fridge, use a small cookie scoop to create uniform portions and roll into balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Makes about 4 dozen bites.

GREAT! Organic PB (or Almond Butter), local raw honey,. Healthy snack/meal- better than processed granola bar. Added a pinch of cinnamon. Family LOVES it!

I made these for a weekend trip and they turned out excellent. I used GF Rolled Oats and also added 1/4 cup of Bob's Hulled Hemp Seeds and my wife was able to eat them. Very simple recipe and great sweet and healthy snack for on the go people.

I made these this weekend thinking they would be a great way to try the chia seeds I had recently purchased. I took them to work and they were devoured and at least three people asked for the recipe. I will be making these again and have nicknamed them "Good for you Cookies"
