Lemon Chia Fresca

This summery spritzer is packed with Omega-3 which makes a good excuse to drink it in any season. This recipe can be found on our bags of Chia Seed. Gluten Free, Lactose Free, Soy Free, Vegan.

  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seed
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 Lemon's Juice
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 32 Fl. Oz. Club Soda
  • 1 Lemon cut into wedges to garnish


Step 1

Stir together chia seeds and water and chill overnight.

Step 2

Combine lemon juice and sugar and heat just until granules have dissolved. Let cool completely before using.

Step 3

Fill four glasses with ice. Divide chia gel and lemon syrup evenly between each glass and top with club soda. Garnish with lemon wedges.

Serves 4.

Delicious! Chia Fresca! Or Chia Lemonade using filtered water instead of sparkling water.

Very easy and refreshing. Add a little vodka and you have a great cocktail.
