High Protein Apple Dip

I just made up this amazing recipe and want to share. My children are going crazy for more! Gluten Free, High Fiber, Lactose Free, Low Cal, Low Carb, Low Fat, Vegan. This recipe was not tested by Bob's Red Mill.

Directions

Mix together and start dipping!

* I used my previously frozen bananas.

This recipe does not make well in advance because the chia seeds absorb all the moisture and it turns into a stiff glob. I will only eat it freshly made from now on. When its fresh, its fabulous.

Most likely, substituting vanilla protein powder for soy protein powder in this recipe will work just fine.
