DirectionsStep 1Spray your 9x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.Step 2Toss everything into the pan, stirring gently until well combined.Step 3Bake at 325°F, stirring very frequently - but gently until it is all a beautiful golden color. It will continue to crisp as it cools.Stay close to the oven - coconut has one mission in life and that is to burn instantaneously. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
