Blueberry Pancakes

Using Bob's High Fiber Pancake mix and blueberries to make a great Saturday morning breakfast. This recipe was not tested by Bob's Red Mill. High Fiber, Low Cal, Low Carb, Low Fat, Low Sugar, Soy Free.


Combine egg, canola oil, vanilla, cinnamon and non-fat milk. Add pancake mix and mix to combine. Fold in blueberries. Measure 1/4 cup per pancake and then cook on a skillet.

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes
