DirectionsStep 1Mix together the sugar, applesauce, vanilla, oil and spices. Slowly stir in milk to combine.Step 2Add pancake mix and cranberries; stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.Step 3Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 350°F for 20 - 25 minutes.Makes 12 muffins |
