These cookies are amazing and moist. Very versatile- I've switched the last 2 cups of ingredients around so many ways and they still never disappoint!

I saw the cereal in the store and bought it just so I could make these cookies-they sounded so good!

These cookies are very good. Not too sweet, very moist. I don't care for raisins much so I used chocolate chips instead and that just made them better!

I love these cookies!! I too switch the last four ingredients around with different nuts, but the cranberries are a must. I cut the water to 1/4 cup, use Smart Balance instead of butter, and sometimes add Basic 4 cereal. I call them my breakfast cookies;-)

I didn't have a few of the ingredients on hand so I used my 1 and only egg, instead of 2 and subbed 3/4 of a peeled fuji apple for the coconut and cranberries.no walnuts.Soaked raisins first to get off unnecessary sugar.added 1/2 tsp cinnamon. LOVE THESE!! :)
