3 Minute Green Pea Soup

These instructions are printed on the label of Green Pea Flour. Microwave Instructions. Gluten Free, High Fiber, Lactose Free, Low Cal, Low Carb, Low Fat, Low Sugar, Soy Free, Vegan, Vegetarian.

  • 1 Tbsp Green Pea Flour
  • 2 cups Water (hot)
  • 2 tsp Chicken Bouillon or Vegetable Bouillon or Soup Base


In a saucepan, heat water to just about boiling. Reduce heat to medium and whisk in green pea flour and 2 tsp bouillon/base. Cook until the mixture boils, then boil for 2 minutes.

Using a 6-cup microwave bowl, whisk flour and bouillon into hot water. Cook 1 minute on high or until mixture boils. Stir well and cook for 2 additional minutes.

Serves 2

This makes a very thin soup. I recommend doubling the pea flour. For a creamy version, replace the water and bouillon with milk, butter, and grated cheese.
