Good soup base for substituting any meat you like.

Substituted cooked chicken breast pieces for the ground beef. Very tasty chili. It was quite thick so I added a little water. Some added tomatoes might be nice and give a little more moisture. Overall very good.

This is a great recipe, my family loves it. I sometimes use enchillada sauce instead of tomato for a little extra zing, but either way it's always a crowd pleaser.

Very yummy and simple to make. Everyone I make it for LOVES it. I add roasted corn for flavor, and serve it with fresh skillet baked cornbread.

I made this for the first time....I added sliced celery and carrots and instead of tomato sauce, I used V8 juice. Very good!!!
