10 Grain Bread Mix Instructions

These instructions are printed on the label of 10 Grain Bread Mix. Makes a beautiful 1 1/2 pound loaf. Low Sugar. Bread Machine.

BREAD MACHINE INSTRUCTIONS
For 1-1/2 pound bread machine: Put warm tap water into machine. LOCATE AND REMOVE THE ENCLOSED YEAST PACKET. Then add the contents of the package of the 10 Grain Bread Mix, oil and contents of the yeast packet. Set machine to basic white bread or medium setting. Turn machine on. Now, enjoy the best whole grain bread you've ever made.

BY HAND INSTRUCTIONS
LOCATE AND REMOVE THE ENCLOSED YEAST PACKET. Add contents of the yeast packet to the warm water and let activate for about 5 minutes. Combine the 10 Grain Bread Mix, canola oil and warm yeast/water mixture. Knead 8 - 10 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled (approx. 1 1/2 hours). Punch down, cover and let rise until doubled again (approx. 30 - 40 min). Form loaf and place in a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch bread pan. Grease top of loaf. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until doubled (approx. 45 minutes). Bake at 375°F for 30 - 40 minutes. Thump top of loaf. A hollow sound indicates a properly baked loaf. Turn out of pan, cover with a towel and cool before slicing.
