DirectionsStep 1Heat oven to 425°F.Step 2Combine muffin mix and cereal. In a separate bowl combine water, eggs, applesauce, and yogurt.Step 3Combine wet ingredients and dry ingredients, then add raisins.Step 4Portion into sprayed or lined large muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes at 425°F until golden brown and tops spring back when touched. Makes 12 large muffins.Notes*Customer uses Fiber One Premium Muffin Mix (any variety).**Customer uses Yoplait Light Thick & Creamy French Vanilla Yogurt. |
