Quick & Easy Muffins

I use this recipe for quick and easy muffins packed with nutrition.

Directions

Step 1

Heat oven to 425°F.

Step 2

Combine muffin mix and cereal. In a separate bowl combine water, eggs, applesauce, and yogurt.

Step 3

Combine wet ingredients and dry ingredients, then add raisins.

Step 4

Portion into sprayed or lined large muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes at 425°F until golden brown and tops spring back when touched. Makes 12 large muffins.

Notes

*Customer uses Fiber One Premium Muffin Mix (any variety).

**Customer uses Yoplait Light Thick & Creamy French Vanilla Yogurt.
