DirectionsStep 1Blend flours, sugar and salt in a food processor. Add butter and honey and process until the mixture forms a ball.Step 2Pour ingredients onto a sheet of wax paper and knead into a flat disc. Carefully remove wax paper and press shortbread into an 8-inch cast iron skillet. Prick top with toothpick and press fork around edges.Step 3Bake on middle oven rack for 40-42 minutes. Immediately after removing shortbread from oven, cut into 12 wedges. Let cool in pan. EnjoyStep 4Preheat oven to 300°F. |
