DirectionsStep 1Combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, xanthan gum and cream of tartar in a bowl and whisk to combine.Step 2In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and agave until fluffy. Add egg and almond extract and beat together. Add flour mixture and mix well, then stir in coconut.Step 3Shape dough into balls using a heaping teaspoon, flatten with a fork and bake 10 - 12 minutes until golden.Notes*The egg can be substituted by combining 1 Tablespoon Flaxseed Meal with 3 Tablespoons water and let sit for 1 minute. |

Not sugarless. Agave is still a sugar, just not processed. If you have 4 g of sugar showing in the nutrition panel, don't advertise as sugarless.
