Cinnamon Rolls (Wheat-Free)

Cinnamon Rolls using our GF Biscuit and Baking Mix. This recipe was not tested by Bob's Red Mill.

  • 3 cups GF Biscuit Mix
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 to 3 Tbsp Orange Juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet; set aside.

Step 2

Combine biscuit mix and milk and let stand 5 minutes. Knead dough about 15 times, adding rice flour if sticky.

Step 3

Roll into 1/2-inch thick rectangle; spread with melted butter. Add cinnamon and brown sugar to taste and roll up lengthwise. Slice roll into 3/4-inch slices and lay them flat on prepared cookie sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Remove from oven to cool, then spread with mixture of powdered sugar and a few drops of orange juice.

Makes 12 rolls.
