Health Cookies

With raisins, dates, oats and coconut this recipe is sure to please.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Set aside an ungreased cookie sheet.

Stir together the flour, wheat germ dry milk, salt, baking powder and baking soda.

In a large mixer bowl, beat together the butter, peanut butter and honey. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Add flour mixture, mixing well. Stir together the raisins, dates, oatmeal, walnuts, sunflower seeds and shredded coconut; add to the creamed mixture. Mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.

Bake for about 10 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet 1 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool.

Makes 4 dozen cookies.
