Bob's Cornbread Recipe

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°. Grease an 8” square baking pan, set aside.

Combine dry ingredients in bowl and mix well. Combine oil, egg and milk together; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients until well blended. Pour into prepared baking pan. Bake in hot oven (400°) for 25 minutes or until done. Serve with butter.

Makes 9 servings.
