Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a cookie sheet, set aside.
In a mixing bowl cream together the sugar, brown sugar and shortening. Add and beat well the eggs, vanilla and 1 teaspoon of water. Mix in triticale flour, baking soda and sea salt. Add the chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Using a teaspoon scoop out dough and place each scoop onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake for about 10-11 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on wire rack. Makes 5 dozen. |
