Teff-Carob Cookies

This is a wheat-free recipe but does contain gluten.


Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly oil a baking sheet and set aside.

In a bowl mix dry ingredients. In another bowl mix liquids. Combine mixtures.

Drop small spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool on baking sheet for 4-5 minutes and transfer to cooling rack.

Makes about 12 cookies.
