Teff Apple/Pear Crisp

Filling

  • 1 cup Apple or Pear Juice
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon, Saigon (Premium)
  • 4 large Apples (Granny Smith, Pippin) or Firm Pears peeled & thinly slic

Crisp

  • 1 cup 1/2 Regular Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon, Saigon (Premium)
  • 1/4 cup Canola Oil
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Teff Flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly oil a baking dish 9" x 11". Place sliced fruit in baking dish, sprinkle with cinnamon and salt. Pour fruit juice over top and set aside. Mix together rolled oats, flour, syrup, oil and cinnamon. Crumble mixture over top of fruit. Bake 30 minutes. Makes 12 Servings.
