Seeded Teff & Amaranth Bread from the Breadmachine

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine cycle and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. Let loaf cool for 15 minutes before slicing.

Directions

Make sure all your ingredients are at room temperature and follow your bread machine cycle instructions.

Allow bread to cool on rack 15-20 minutes before slicing.

Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf (13 slices).
