Soybean Pilaf

Directions

In a heavy skillet melt butter, add bouillon cubes and water. Stir until bouillon cubes have dissolved. Add rice and soybeans. Cover skillet and simmer for 45 minutes.

Variation: Add thinly sliced green onions and shredded carrot.

Makes 10 servings.
