Brown Rice Burgers

Grated zucchini and egg white combine to make this unique vegetarian burger.


Mix all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. Form into 4 patties.

Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat and spray with nonstick spray. Drop patties into skillet, cover and cook for approximately 2 minutes each side. Rice burgers should be brown on both sides.

Serve with a salad or on buns. Makes 4 burgers.
