7 Grain Salt-Free Bread from the Bread Machine

Soaking grains in boiling water is an old European technique. This modern version is quickly assembled in a bread machine, then allowed to set for 12-24 hours while grains soften. High Fiber, Lactose Free, Low Cal, Low Fat, Low Sugar.

Directions

Place ingredients in bread pan in the order listed.

Select white/basic setting. Using the delay feature on your bread machine, program bread to be finished in 12-24 hours.

Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf (16 slices).
