Chicken & Barley Casserole

Almonds are used for a crunchy topper.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spread bottom of a 9" x 12" casserole baking dish with rice, barley and onion soup mix. Place chicken breasts on top of mixture. Pour soup and water over the top. Sprinkle with almonds and parsley flakes.

Bake for 1-1/2 hours. Serve hot. Makes 12 Servings.
