Rice Bran Bread

Quick and easy; makes a wonderful breakfast toast.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 4" x 6" bread pan, set aside.

Mix sugar and egg together.

Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Mix well. Stir in milk.

Pour into prepared baking pan and bake 40 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing.

Makes 6 Servings.
