Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9" x 5" baking pan, set aside.
In a mixing bowl sift the first 6 ingredients together (rice flour through salt). In another bowl mix the egg, yogurt, brown sugar and milk. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed. Pour batter into prepared baking pan and bake for 40 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing. Makes 1 loaf (12 slices) |
