Directions
Put carob powder in a saucepan. Add hot water in a stream. Stir mixture until smooth. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly and simmer for 3 minute.
Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, coffee crystals and butter (cut into bits). Simmer the mixture, stirring for 3 minute or until smooth and thickened. Transfer the sauce into a sauce boat and serve it warm or at room temperature. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
