Directions
In a large bowl cream butter and confectioners sugar, and carob, add cream and vanilla extract, blend well. Chill until firm.
Shape small amounts of mixture around the desired centers. Then roll them into 1" round balls. Drop into the desired coating until well coated. Chill until firm. Makes 3 dozen truffles. |
