Directions
Do not rinse.
Combine rice and water in saucepan with tight fitting cover. Bring to boil over high heat, stir once or twice, cover. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 50 minutes or until kernels puff open. Drain any excess liquid and season to taste. Yield: 4 servings |
