Brown Rice Patties

  • 2 Tb Vegetable Oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • 1 cup Finely Grated Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black Pepper
  • 2 Eggs, beated
  • 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 cups cooked Short Grain Brown Rice (brown)

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a medium mixing bowl. Form mixture into 12 patties, pressing firmly with hands.

Fry in heated vegetable oil over medium heat until brown, turning once.

Makes 12 burgers.
