Brown Rice Patties

  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup Parsley fresh & chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots finely grated
  • 1/2 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper ground
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 cups Short Grain Brown Rice cooked

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a medium mixing bowl. Form mixture into 12 patties, pressing firmly with hands.

Fry in heated vegetable oil over medium heat until brown, turning once.

Makes 12 burgers.
