Directions
Rinse rice in 2-3 changes of cold water.
Place rice, cold water and oil (optional) in a 2-quart saucepan with lid. Bring to a boil over high heat, stir once or twice, and cover. Reduce heat to lowest setting and simmer for approximately 30-40 minutes, until tender. Do not remove lid during cooking process. Yield: 4 servings |
