Baked Wild & Brown Rice

Gluten Free*, High Fiber, Lactose Free, Low Fat, No Sugar, Soy Free, Vegan.


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place rice, broth and herbs in a 9\" x 13\" baking dish and cover tightly with a lid or heavy foil and bake for 1 hour. If not yet tender add 1/2 cup water, stir and bake an additional 15 minutes.

Makes 10 servings.


*This recipe is wheat free but may still contain gluten.
