We were very disappointed with this recipe! Way too thick, heavy, and dark.

Never liked pancakes before... now buckwheat pancake is one of my favorite health snack... put nutella or tahini+carob molasses on top... easy, healthy and delicious... (added some cinnamon to the batter)... tried buckwheat flour in bread and muffins; and it is best used in pancakes...

Good recipe but dont put in the molasses because thats all I tasted. Also I added about 1/4c more of buckwheat because it was runny. They turned out great. I like them with nutella and butter.
