Peppy Kernel Muffins

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a muffin pan, set aside.
Mix Peppy Kernels and water and allow to stand for 10 minutes while preheating oven and assembly other ingredients.

Cream sugar, butter and egg together. Add dry ingredients and cereal/water mixture. Stir only until mixed. Spoon into prepared muffin pan and bake for 15 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins.
