DirectionsStep 1In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix together all wet ingredients, except egg whites and milk. Add enough milk to make light batter.Step 2Whisk egg whites until stiff; fold them gently into batter.Step 3Preheat pancake griddle until a drop of water will “dance” on it. (Oil or spray griddle as needed).Spoon batter onto hot griddle to make pancakes. Fry until bubbles are well-formed around edges of pancakes; turn and cook other side. Makes 12 pancakes. |
