Vitality Soup with Nutritional Yeast Flakes

  • 3/4 cup Any Small Pasta (your choice)
  • 1-1/2 cups cooked Garbanzo Beans
  • 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 Tb Parsley Flakes
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Onion Granules
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika, Hungarian
  • 1/2 tsp ground Coriander Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Granules
  • 1/8 tsp ground Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt (to taste)
  • 6 cups Water or Vegetable Broth

Directions

Place all ingredients, except the pasta in a large pan and bring to a boil.

Add the pasta in the boiling mixture and stir well.

Reduce the heat and simmer the soup, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender, about 20 minutes.

Makes 4 Servings.
