Oil Free Muffins


Preheat oven to 425°. Lightly grease muffin tins or use paper liners, set aside.

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix the milk, egg whites and corn syrup together and blend with dry ingredients.

Fill prepared muffin tins with batter divided equally. Bake 13-15 minutes. Test for doneness with a toothpick. Serve warm.

Yield: 12 regular size muffins
