DirectionsStep 1Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease cookie sheet; set aside.Step 2With a hand mixer, blend the butter, maple sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Add the almond meal flour and the oat flour and mix until the dough sticks together.Step 3Form the dough into 1-1/2 inch balls. Place them on the prepared cookie sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes. Coat the cookies in the cinnamon/maple sugar mixture while they are still warm. Allow cookies to cool completely before enjoying.Makes 2 dozen cookies. Notes*Brown sugar can replace maple sugar. |

These are the easiest and best tasting cookies ever. I make them for my knitting group and there is never a leftover. No one even knows they are GF
