Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease and flour 12 muffin cups, set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. In another bowl beat together the egg, water, oil and vinegar. Mix with the dry ingredients just enough to moisten. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter and bake for 25 minutes, or until lightly brown in color. Makes 12 muffins. |
