Breaded Fish Fillet

This recipe comes from a customer who used gluten free flours and spices to create a unique and tasty dish.

  • 2 lbs Fish Fillet cut into small pieces


  • 1 tsp Mustard Paste
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Pepper


  • 1 Oil for frying


Whisk together the marinate ingredients and marinate the fish for 2 hours.

Whisk together the breading ingredients. After the fish is done marinating, place fish in breading and cover. Fry in hot oil over medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides. Serve with tahini sauce.
