Sourdough Potato Bread for the Bread MachineContributed by: Bob's Red Mill Natural Foods
Directions
Knead the sourdough culture and ¾ cup of the flour for 5 minutes. Allow to sit for 8 hours, and then add the rest of the ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manufacturer and use the basic bread cycle. Let loaf cool for 15 minutes before slicing. Makes one 1 ½ lb loaf (13 slices).
