Easy Potato Soup

This easy recipe uses the potato flakes as a base.

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups 1/4 Water
  • 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Celery, chopped
  • 2 Tb Butter
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 drop a few Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Potato Flakes

Directions

Heat (do not boil) the milk and water in a saucepan. Stir in the chopped onion, celery, butter, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and potato flakes. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot or chilled topped with chives. Makes 4 servings.
