Triticale Breakfast Muffins

Directions

Whisk together the cereal, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Add the milk slowly and then the egg. Blend all the ingredients together until just combined. Distribute batter amongst 12 greased muffin tins equally. Bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes.  Makes 12 muffins.
