Garbanzo Flour BreadContributed by: customer Jan Tijmes
Directions
Mix up all the ingredients together. If it appears too watery or oily, add a tablespoon of flour.
Leave a little oil aside to grease two 8-inch loaf pans. Pour mixture evenly into both loaf pans. Bake at 440°F for 10 minutes. Adjust time if you wish for more or less moistness. Let cool. Cut into brownie sized squares. Great served with peanut butter, jelly, honey and more. Makes 2 loaves (8 slices each). |

i used the garbanzo and fava flour and this turned out way to salty and its thin i new it would be but if i make this again im just going to put it in a 8"x8" square pan and maybe add some baking soda and only use a quarter of the salt if any

Garbanzo flour is extremely strong tasting. WHY would anyone use it in a bread recipe???! There are many other much better options for bread.

This recipe is far too thin, salty and not at all very good.
Back to the drawing board I reckon.

Totally awesome. I'm glad I read your reviews before I made this. I changed it up only added a pinch of salt and a half teaspoon of baking soda no sugar and only honey and it turned out amazing!
