Applesauce Cinnamon Muffins

These muffins use applesauce so they are nice and moist. Lactose Free, Organic, Vegan.


Step 1

Blend together the sugar and margarine. Add the applesauce, vanilla and milk and blend until smooth. Add the flours, baking powder and cinnamon and blend. Stir in the walnut pieces.

Step 2

Scoop batter into muffin tins until 3/4 full. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.

Makes 1 dozen muffins.

Evaporated Cane Juice Sugar is raw sugar, also known as turbinado sugar. It can replace white sugar one for one.
